ssl-enhanced-security
ssl-enhanced-security = {yes|true|no|false}Controls the enhanced security added to the proprietary Inter-Process Communication (IPC) in Verify Access. It affects the following functions:
- All pdadmin server task commands that are sent from the Policy Server to ISAM applications, such as WebSEAL (webseald), at the ISAM application side of the communication.
- Remote logging at the Authorization Server (pdacld) side of the communication.
- The policy database change notification sent to ISAM local mode applications at the application side.
Options
- yes|true
- Enables enhanced security.
- no|false
- Disables enhanced security. Anything other than yes or true, including a blank value, is interpreted as no or false.
Default value
This option is enabled by default.
