Use the server replicate command

When configuring update notification to be manual, the manual application of the server replicate command controls this event.

When the -server option (test_server in the previous example) is specified, only that server is notified of changes to the master authorization database. A response indicates the success or failure of the notification and the replication.

When the -server option is not specified, all configured resource manager servers receive update notifications. A successful response indicates only the policy server began sending out update notifications. The response does not indicate success or failure of the actual notification and replication processes.

The authorization required to run this command is the s action bit on the /Management/Server object.
