Create an object

We can create an object with the pdadmin utility. Web Portal Manager provides two ways of creating objects:

• Specify the fully qualified path of the new object, starting from root
• Specify the new object from the provided path of the parent object

To do this task, the administrator requires the following permissions:

• Create (N)
• Modify (m)

• Create an object with Web Portal Manager, from root
  
• Create an object with Web Portal Manager, from parent object
  
• Create an object with pdadmin
