Configure the UDDI Registry

The UDDI Registry is supplied as a J2EE application file, uddi.ear. This is installed into the WAS during installation.

You can configure the following aspects of the UDDI Registry:

Configure global UDDI properties

Configure WebSphere to use HTTPS and SSL
To support the use of secure access with the IBM WebSphere UDDI Registry, you need to configure WebSphere to use HTTPS and SSL. For more information on SSL, see Configure SSL for WAS in the Security topic. It is assumed throughout the information for the UDDI Registry that, where SSL is used, it has been configured on port 9443.
