HCL WebSphere Portal roadmap: Demonstration environment
Used for running product, feature, and application demos. After installation, we have an Apache Derby database and a default file-based repository. Use this roadmap if we are an organization with the following requirements:
- Explore new features or functions.
- Demonstrate HCL WebSphere Portal to customers, clients, or colleagues.
- Demonstrate applications and designs.
- Demonstrate a specific database or user registry.
Install
- Check product system requirements.
- Log in to HCL Software Support and get the software.
- Install the HCL WebSphere Portal software
- Apply the latest cumulative fix
- Tune the servers
