List catalog entries in a category

We can see all of the catalog entries in a category by opening the list view. We can then make many changes to catalog entries, such as correcting a spelling error, without having to open the properties view of each entry.

Procedure

To view a list of catalog entries in a category, such as a list of products, bundles, or kits:

  1. Open the Catalogs tool.

  2. From the explorer filter, select Master Catalog.

  3. Navigate to the category containing the catalog entries we want to list.

  4. Right-click the category; then click Show Catalog Entries. A list of catalog entries displays in the list view. To view SKUs, right-click the product in the list view; then select Show SKUs List.

  5. Optional: In the view, we can filter the catalog entries that display by the catalog entry Type. Expand the list of available catalog entry types that we can filter by. This list displays in the upper left corner of the list view. Depending on the catalog entry types that exist in the store the following options can display:

    • Show All

    • Products

    • Bundles

    • Kits

    • SKUs

Select the type of catalog entry that we want to display. The list view displays the catalog entries of the type that we selected.

The list of types that we can filter by is moved. This list now displays in the lower right corner of the Type column header in the list view.
