Verify network configurationPrior to installing WebSphere Commerce and supporting software components, it is important that you verify that the network is configured properly. We recommend that you use a static TCP/IP address and verify that the host name can be resolved with the name server. To determine whether the IP address is mapped to a fully qualified host name, start a command prompt session and issue the following command:
nslookup `IP_address'
