Suspend
Suspending an Extended Site prevents customers from accessing the store and prevents the seller from opening it. Only Extended Sites with a status of Open or Closed can have their service agreements suspended.
To suspend an Extended Site store:
1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
2. Select Extended Sites Æ View Stores. The Extended Sites store list is displayed.
If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
3. Check the box next to the Open or Closed store that to suspend.
4. Click Suspend. The hosted store is given a Suspended status.
