To create a new user:
1. Open the Organization Administration Console.
2. Select Access Management Æ Users.
3. Click New. The Details page displays.
Note: On the Details page, the Challenge question and Answer to challenge question fields display only if <OrgAdminConsole ShowChallengeInformation="true" /> has been set in <wc_installdir>/instances/<instance>/xml/<instance>.xml.
4. Provide appropriate information for the fields and click OK when complete.
The Users page is displayed with the new user added to the list. You must add roles to the user before he can actually do anything.
