Edit an order level adjustment

Administrators with roles of either a CSR, CSR Supervisor, Seller (Merchant), Operations Manager or Logistics Manager can edit the adjustments applied to an order.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Find the order to work with.

  3. Select the check box next to the order that to work with, and click Change.

  4. Click on the Adjustments tab. The product details such as SKU, its quantity, contract name, price and its discounts are displayed.

  5. Type in the new order level adjustments and shipping charges in the fields provided.

  6. Click Recalculate to get the new total amount. The discounts and the sales tax are recalculated.

  7. Click Undo to reset the changes.
