Verify DB2 database is started
To ensure DB2 is started on AIX, Linux, and Solaris...
ps -ef | grep db2Review the output of the command and ensure the following processes are listed:
db2tcpcm db2srvlst db2ipccm db2spmrm db2sysc db2wdog db2tcpdm db2gds db2tcpcm db2sysc db2ipccm db2resyn db2gds db2wdog db2spmlwIf any of these processes are not listed after you issue the command, stop and restart DB2 database.
