Enabling WebSphere Commerce Analyzer reports

To enable WebSphere Commerce Analyzer reports in WebSphere Commerce Accelerator:

  1. Install and configure WebSphere Commerce Analyzer. For more information, refer to the WebSphere Commerce Additional Software Guide.
  2. Open the WebSphere Commerce Configuration Manager.
  3. Under WebSphere Commerce, expand your machine name.
  4. Select Commerce> Instance List and expand the instance you want to modify.
  5. Select WebSphere Commerce Analyzer.
  6. Do the following:
    1. For Is WebSphere Commerce Analyzer installed?, select Yes.
    2. In the Data mart name field, type the name of the data mart on the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer machine.
    3. In the Data mart user field, type the name of the Windows administrator who is the data mart user.
    4. In the Data mart password field, type the corresponding password for the user.
    5. In the Confirm data mart password field, type the corresponding password for the user again.
    6. In the JDBC Driver location field, enter the location of the JDBC driver file for your database. For example, DB2_installdir/java/db2java.zip.
    7. In the Data mart host name field, enter the fully qualified host name of the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer machine on which your data mart is located.
    8. In the Data mart port field, enter the port number to which the data mart is listening on the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer machine.
    9. Click Apply.
  7. Expand Components.
  8. Enable the UserTrafficEventListener, Campaign Logging Event Listener, and Campaign Logging Event components. If applicable, also enable the ProductAdvisorInvocationListener, ProductExplorerInvocationListener, ProductComparisonInvocationListener, and SalesAssistantInvocationListener.
  9. If you want to view customer service reports for Customer Service Representatives working in the IBM Sales Center, enable the Order Submission Event Listener and the Cost Calculation Event Listener, and the following events: Order Submission Event, Order Creation Event, Order Item Creation Event, and Order Item Update Event.
  10. Exit the Configuration Manager.
  11. Stop and start your WebSphere Commerce Server.
