Troubleshooting WebSphere Commerce Analyzer help

If a help page does not display when you click Help in the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer Configuration Manager or Parameter Manager, the help files may not have been correctly set up.

To set up the help files properly, open the file WCA_installdir/lib/wcaenv.properties. Look for the following key:

WCIC_HOST

WCIC_PORT

Ensure that the values are correct for the WebSphere Commerce Information Center hostname and port number. For more information see the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer section of the WebSphere Commerce Additional Software Guide.
