Troubleshooting WebSphere Commerce Analyzer: Previous ETL run started but not finished

If when you are starting ETL, a previous ETL run started but did not finish, a problem occurred during the ETL processing, was not resolved and Start WCA was clicked again.

Find the step that failed in the previous ETL processing, correct the problem and then restart the failed step. Processing should continue to completion, then you can restart processing by clicking Start WCA.

If an error message displays indicating that WebSphere Commerce Analyzer is already running, click Debug in the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer Runtime window and then click Reset Error State.

The WebSphere Commerce Analyzer error state is reset and ETL is ready to restart from just after replication. Clear Debug and then click Start WCA.
