Troubleshooting WebSphere Commerce Analyzer: The ASNCAP program stops

If after installing ASNCAP as a service, the process stops, you may have installed ASNCAP as a service, which is not recommended. Instead, run the process from the command line.

By default, ASNCAP writes a log file to the directory from which it was run. Check this log file and try to correct the problem specified in it.
