Redeploying a service agreement for a store (Enterprise)

Deployment of a service agreement for a store typically occurs automatically after the service agreement is imported. If deployment of a service agreement fails, you can attempt to deploy the service agreement manually. Only service agreements with a status of Deployment Failed can be redeployed.

Important: One reason deployment fails is that WebSphere Commerce Payments is not running when the deployment of the service agreement is attempted. Before redeploying, ensure that WebSphere Commerce Payments is running.

To redeploy a service agreement for a store:

  1. Ensure that WebSphere Commerce Payments is running.
  2. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  3. From the Channel, Extended Sites, or Supplier menu, click Stores.
    The Stores page displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  4. Select the check box to the left of the store with the service agreement want to redeploy.
  5. Click Deploy.

When the redeployment of the service agreement is completed, the Stores list will display the updated status of the service agreement.
