Manage payment transactions using WebSphere Commerce Payments

The user authorized to administer payments for your WebSphere Commerce store uses the WebSphere Commerce Payments user interface for the following payment-processing tasks:

• Approve orders

• Deposit payments

• Settle batches

• Issue credits

• View daily batch totals

To launch the Payments user interface, on the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator Order Processing page click Process Payment.

bUse the Report function to view information about the order status query, the payment object and order object information. You can also view the merchant and account information, and other details. To use the Report function:

1. Access the WebSphere Commerce Payments user interface from a browser by typing the URL:

   http://host_name:port/webapp/PaymentManager 
   
   

   where host_name is the fully-qualified host name of the machine running the Web Server for Payments. The host name can be a virtual host name on the Web server. port is the port number Payments is running on as shown in the Configuration Manager WebServer information for your Payments instance.
   

2. Type your Payments user ID.

3. Type your Payments password.

4. Click Logon.
