OpenFailureException: IWAE0034E after deleting a
third-party library
|
Technote
(troubleshooting)
Problem(Abstract)
|
You use a version control system for customization of the
WebSphere Commerce application. A third-party library is deleted, or
renamed, but the WebSphere Commerce Development environment still sees the
file.
|
Cause
|
This problem can occur when the version control system and
the WebSphere Commerce Development Environment become unsynchronized. A
phantom file is left within Eclipse.
|
Diagnosing the
problem
|
Here is an example that reproduces the problem:
- Originally you have a JAR file named WC\lib\custom\foo.jar.
- Rename WC\lib\custom\foo.jar to WC\lib\custom\foo2.jar using Refactor
> Rename in Rational Application Developer.
- Fix build path errors by replacing foo.jar with foo2.jar in the custom
user library.
- Restart the WebSphere Commerce Development Environment and restart the
WebSphere Commerce Server. This exception occurs in the console output
log:
OpenFailureException: IWAE0034E Could not open the nested archive
"foo2.jar" in "D:\WCToolkitPro60\workspace\WC"
