The IBM Gift Center sample application introduces a new store role:
the gift consultant. This in-store role assists customers with creating
and managing gift registries. The gift consultant is a customer service
representative with expertise in gift registries. The gift consultant can
search for, create, and update gift registries on behalf of a new registry
customer, an existing registrant, or co-registrant.
This package provides code for a sample gift consultant gift registry
channel, and the installation instructions for applying the sample
application.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites for installing and using the IBM Gift Center sample
application is an existing version of WebSphere Commerce 6.0, the IBM Gift
Center enabled on top of WebSphere Commerce, and the online/web gift
registry SAR published.
