OrderItemMove throws CMN1660E failed with error code ReverseInventory , SQL state 770 Technote
(troubleshooting)Problem(Abstract) You notice OrderItemMove throws the following exception when merging a guest user cart with the saved cart of a registered user:
"Stored procedure CMN1660E failed with error code ReverseInventory , SQL state 770 "
This error occurs in the following scenario:
1. Registered user User A logs in to the store.
2. User A adds items to the cart and logs off.
3. User A comes back in the store as a guest user then add some items to the cart.
4. User A tries to logon. The ReverseInventory error will occur.Cause OrderItemMove does not properly merge items in this scenario. Resolving the problem This problem (APAR IZ00386) is resolved in Fix Pack 5.6.1.4 and 6.0.0.4 or newer. You can obtain the Fix Packs (or newer) from the WebSphere Commerce Fixes by version page.
