Objective
To manage discussions about the auction.
Description
Discussion forums let a seller view and respond to messages from customers. A Seller can use the forum to provide information such as the following:
- Product details.
- Auction rule details.
- Announcements of future auctions.
The seller can do the following:
- Create new messages.
- Respond to messages.
- Change the status of a customer's message from private to public.
- View messages.
- Delete messages.
Features
- Customers and sellers can send and respond to messages in the discussion forum.
Customization
- Allow customers to delete their own messages.
- Allow customers to mark their own messages as public
- Allow customers to subscribe to discussion forum for the selected auction.
