Change the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer Configuration Manager accessibility settings
To change the accessibility settings for the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer components, Parameter Manager, Configuration Manager and Runtime, edit the wcacfg.properties file:

Open the file WCA_installdir\lib\wcacfg.properties.
To set the high contrast in the user interfaces for WebSphere Commerce Analyzer Parameter Manger, Configuration Manager and Runtime, find the highContrast=0 parameter. Change the 0 to 1. Note, also set the high contrast setting in your operating system.
To enable WebSphere Commerce Analyzer for use with a screen reader, find the screenReader=0 parameter. Change the 0 to 1.
Save your changes. Close the file.
For your changes to take effect, restart the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer user interfaces.
