Migrate WebSphere Commerce Server

The following migration steps follow migration using the command line and due to their complexity, are for advanced users only. IBM recommends to use the WebSphere Commerce Migration Guide to perform your migration. The migration guide will guide you through the end to end migration process using a graphical user interface, the WebSphere Commerce Migration wizard, developed to simplify the migration process and reduce the probability of errors.
To migrate WebSphere Commerce Server:
- Perform the following premigration actions:
- Extending the data migration script
- Migrate the WebSphere Commerce database
- Migrate the WebSphere Commerce application
- Migrate the Web server tier
