Ordering WebSphere Commerce physical media

To install WebSphere Commerce you required the product package. Follow these steps to successfully order the required media.
To order WebSphere Commerce physical media:

1. Open a Web browser and go to the IBM Passport Advantage Web site: http://www.ibm.com/software/howtobuy/passportadvantage/

2. If you are an IBM customer, click Customer sign in and log in with your IBM ID and password. If you are an IBM business partner, click Reseller sign in and log in with your IBM ID and password.

   • If you have forgotten your IBM ID, click Forgot your IBM ID? to find the IBM Passport Advantage support contact for your country or region.

   • If you have forgotten your IBM password, click Forgot your password? and complete the pages that follow to set a new password.

3. Once logged in, click Software download & media access.

4. From the list of software to which you are entitled, select the packages to which you are entitled.

5. At the bottom of the page, click Order media. If you have problems ordering media, click Need Assistance to find the IBM Passport Advantage support contact for you country or region.
