Troubleshoot: File not found messages logged when enabling or disabling a feature

When enabling, or disabling, a feature on your WebSphere Commerce instance, an error is displayed.

Problem

You receive many file "could not be found" messages when enabling or disabling a feature.

As an example, the following messages are logged, in the command window, when you enable a feature:

featureEnablementInDatabase:
C:\Program%20Files\IBM\WebSphere\CommerceServer60\components\common\xml\commonEnablementTasks.xml
could not be found
C:\Program%20Files\IBM\WebSphere\CommerceServer60\components\common\xml\serverEnablementTasks.xml
could not be found
C:\Program%20Files\IBM\WebSphere\CommerceServer60\components\component-services\xml\updateXML.xml
could not be found

Solution

These messages are logged only if you have a space (eg. Program Files) within either of the following directories:

These messages can be ignored. Ensure that you receive a BUILD SUCCESSFUL message after feature enable or disable has completed.
