Role assignment permissions
WebSphere Commerce allows you to configure which roles are able to assign any subset of an organization's available roles to users. This gives you the flexibility to move responsibility for assigning selected roles to levels of your organization that meet your business needs. Only the Site Administrator can grant role assignment permissions to other roles. The set of roles that a role can assign to users is known as the assignable roles. The role that assigns roles to user is known as the assigning role.
