Publish/subscribe broker profiles [Settings]
Profiles used to define the topic mappings and transactionality for publishing and receiving (by subscription) topics across the publish/subscribe bridge between WAS and a message broker in an IBM MQ network.

Runtime tab
The Runtime tab shows runtime properties for this object. These properties directly affect the current runtime environment, but are not preserved when that environment is stopped. To preserve runtime property values, change the equivalent property values on the Configuration tab.

Number of subscriptions
The current number of broker subscriptions for this broker profile.

Configuration tab
The Configuration tab shows configuration properties for this object. These property values are preserved even if the runtime environment is stopped then restarted.
General Properties
Name
The name of the publish/subscribe broker profile.
This name is only for administrative purposes. If we created this broker profile using the foreign bus connection wizard, then this name is generated automatically by adding "_broker_profile" to the end of the broker queue manager name.

An optional description for the publish/subscribe broker profile, for administrative purposes.
Dynamic updates to this property are effective immediately.

Broker queue manager
The name of the queue manager for the IBM MQ broker.
This identifies the queue manager to which the message broker is connected in the IBM MQ network. It does not have to be the IBM MQ gateway queue manager.
