SIBAdminCommands: Bus admin commands for AdminTask
Use these admin commands to manage service integration buses.
New feature:
In this release, the length of time that a security group will be cached is now configured independently for each service integration bus, rather than being based on the expiry time taken from the LTPA timeout token, as in the previous release.
Set the value of the group cache timeout set using the Group cache timeout field in the Security for bus bus_name [Settings] window, or by using the -securityGroupCacheTimeout parameter of the createSIBus or modifySIBus commands. This allows a group cache timeout for the user to be tuned to the optimum setting, balancing the need for responsiveness with the registry load. newfeat To run these commands, use the AdminTask object of the wsadmin scripting client. Each command acts on multiple objects in one operation. The commands are provided to allow us to make the most commonly-required types of update in a consistent manner, where modifying the underlying objects directly would be error-prone. Command-line help is provided for service integration bus commands:
- For a list of the available service integration bus commands in Jython and a brief description of each command, enter the following command at the wsadmin prompt:
print AdminTask.help('SIBAdminCommands')
- For overview help on a given command, enter the following command at the wsadmin prompt:
print AdminTask.help('command_name')
