Monitor performance with ITCAM for WAS
IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for WAS is an optional application that helps monitor composite applications and provides real-time status on the health of applications. ITCAM provides value by displaying useful metrics about the performance of WAS and applications running on top of it.
You must install and configure ITCAM for WAS before utilizing its functions.
When you install and enable ITCAM for WAS, it becomes embedded in WAS. Data for ITCAM for WAS is shown under the performance module in TPV.
ITCAM for WAS uses its own interface to collect the data. It does not use PMI framework for collecting the data.
