Signing up to the portal

This section details how to sign up a user to the portal. A user must sign up to receive a user ID, and a user ID is required to log in to the portal. Only users that have been signed up will be able to log in.

To sign up, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Sign up in the banner.

  2. Type in the necessary information in the field boxes.

    • Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Be sure to note the user ID and password.

    • Use the Preferred Language drop-down menu to select a preferred language for the interface. If no language is specified, English will be selected by default.

  3. Click OK to continue, or click Cancel to return to the default portal page. A Congratulations message is displayed on the screen. We can now Log in with the user account that you created, or Cancel to return to the default portal page.
