Edit a view

We can edit the settings and modify the query criteria of an existing view. If the administrator has configured the send a link feature, we can select other users to receive an e-mail link to the view.

To edit a view, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the view you want to edit.

  2. Click Edit View.

  3. Modify the view query criteria as desired.

  4. Click Save to save changes, or click Cancel to discard the changes and return to Document Manager.
