Windows
After
deploying IBM® WebSphere® Portal Express, you may find
that you no longer need some of the LDAP entity types, realms, realm base
entries, repositories, etc. that you created. You can delete these configurations
to achieve the proper user registry configuration.
Perform the following tasks
to delete your user registry configurations:
If you made changes to your LDAP user registry and no longer require an entity type that you created, you can delete it.
If you made changes to your LDAP user registry and no longer require a base entry that you created, you can delete it.
If you made changes to your LDAP user registry and no longer require the group member that you created, you can delete the group member from the LDAP user registry.
If you made changes to your IBM WebSphere Portal Express and no longer require an realm that you created, you can delete the realm from your user registry.
If you made changes to your realm and no longer require the base entry that you created for the realm, you can delete it.
If you have made changes to your company and no longer require the use of a repository within your default federated repository, you can delete the repository from your configuration.
