On a Consumer portal you can set parallel portlet rendering for the WSRP services that you consume as remote portlets from the Producer.
The WSRP proxy portlet, which displays the markup of the remote portlets on the consumer side, is implemented as a JSR 286 portlet. For details about how you can enable parallel portlet rendering for portlets refer to the topic about Deployment descriptors.Note: The settings that you specify do not influence the invocation via WSRP of portlets that the Producer provides.
