Plan data integrity
Plan how to preserve the integrity of our data.
We can implement data integrity at the application level or at link level.
At the application level, we can use API exit programs if standard facilities do not satisfy we requirements. We might choose to use Advanced Message Security (AMS) to digitally sign messages in order to protect against unauthorized modification.
At the link level, you might choose to use TLS, in which case we must plan your usage of digital certificates. We can also use channel exit programs if standard facilities do not satisfy we requirements.
