About this task

MQIPT is an optional component of IBM MQ that can be used to implement messaging solutions between remote sites across the internet. For more information about MQIPT, see IBM MQ Internet Pass-Thru

  • Installing MQIPT
    IBM MQ Internet Pass-Thru (MQIPT) is available on AIX, Linux, and Windows. We can install MQIPT wherever we want on your computer, and can have several installations on the same system.
  • Uninstalling MQIPT
    Follow this procedure to uninstall MQIPT.
