The name of a target group of messaging engines. The nature of the target group is determined by the XMSC_WPM_TARGET_TYPE property.

Set this property if you want to restrict the search for a messaging engine to a subgroup of the messaging engines in the service integration bus. If you want our application to be able to connect to any messaging engine in the service integration bus, do not set this property.

By default, the property is not set.
