Delete MQ Pub/Sub Broker (DLTMQMBRK)
- Where allowed to run
- All environments (*ALL)
- Threadsafe
- Yes
The delete IBM MQ broker command (DLTMQMBRK) is used to delete the broker. The broker must be stopped when this command is issued, and the queue manager must be running. If the broker is already started, you must issue ENDMQMBRK before issuing this command. To delete more than one broker in the hierarchy, it is essential that you stop (using the ENDMQMBRK command) and delete each broker one at a time. You should not attempt to stop all the brokers in the hierarchy to delete first and then try to delete them.
