Running the Bank demonstration with MQAX.XLS

Follow these steps to run the Bank demonstration.

1. Start the queue manager.
2. Run the IBM MQ MQSC command file, BANK.TST. This sets up the necessary IBM MQ queue definitions.

   To find out how to use an MQSC command file, refer to Script (MQSC) Commands.

3. Run MQAXBSRV.VBP. This sample program is the server simulating a back-end application, and it has to run with Microsoft Excel.
4. Run MQAX.XLS. This sample is the client IBM MQ demonstration.
5. Select a customer from the list.
6. Click Submit.

After a short pause (approximately 3 seconds), the fields populate with values and a bar chart is displayed.
