Using the Atom Publishing Protocol, also known as AtomPub, you can add or delete a blog by adding or removing its definition entry. You can also update or replace the blog by updating or replacing its definition entry.
Create a blog programmatically
To create a blog, send an Atom entry document containing the blog definition to the URI specified in the collection element of the service document.Update a blog
To update a blog, send a replacement definition entry in Atom format to the blog's edit web address.Delete a blog programmatically
To delete a blog, send an HTTP DELETE request to the existing blog's edit link.
