Wikis metrics
The Wikis application provides metrics that you can use to monitor product usage, and to make configuration adjustments when necessary.
Metrics and what they measure
This table describes each of the available metrics for the Wikis application. The term media means wiki pages. The term binary means wiki pages and attachments. An asterisk (*) means the metric is new in this release.Table 1. Wikis metrics
Metric Description wikis.metric.comment.media.count Number of comments. wikis.metric.comment.media.distinct.count Number of distinct media that have comments. wikis.metric.comment.media.user.distinct.count Number of distinct users who have commented. wikis.metric.library.count Total number of wikis. wikis.metric.library.created.today.count Number of libraries created today. wikis.metric.library.private.count Number of libraries only visible to the creator. wikis.metric.library.public.count Number of libraries visible to everyone. For Community Files, this means # of public communities with File libraries. wikis.metric.library.shared.count Number of libraries "shared," meaning not visible to everyone, but visible to more than the owner. wikis.metric.library.size Total size in bytes of all libraries binary data on disk. wikis.metric.library.size.bucket1.count Number of libraries whose size is between 1 byte and 5 MB. wikis.metric.library.size.bucket2.count Number of libraries whose size is between 5 MB and 50 MB. wikis.metric.library.size.bucket3.count Number of libraries whose size is between 50 MB and 150 MB. wikis.metric.library.size.bucket4.count Number of libraries whose size is between 150 MB and 350 MB. wikis.metric.library.size.bucket5.count Number of libraries whose size is greater than 350 MB. wikis.metric.media.additionalFile.count Number of media additional files (page attachments). wikis.metric.media.additionalFile.size Total size in bytes of all media additional files. wikis.metric.media.count Number of media (files). wikis.metric.media.download.anonymous.count Number of times all media were downloaded (anonymous users only). wikis.metric.media.download.count Number of times all media were downloaded, including page display, by either authenticated or anonymous users. wikis.metric.media.download.last30.distinct.count Number of distinct media that were downloaded or viewed within the previous 30 days. wikis.metric.media.download.last7.distinct.count Number of distinct media that were downloaded or viewed within the previous seven days. wikis.metric.media.download.today.distinct.count Number of distinct media that were downloaded or viewed on this day. wikis.metric.media.download.user.distinct.count* Number of distinct users that have downloaded a file while logged in. wikis.metric.media.notification.count* Number of file notification subscriptions. wikis.metric.media.recommend.count Number of media that have been recommended. wikis.metric.media.recommend.distinct.count Number of distinct media that have been recommended. wikis.metric.media.recommend.user.distinct.count Number of distinct users that have made recommendations. wikis.metric.media.revision.count Number of retained revisions for all media. Includes current revision. wikis.metric.media.revision.distinct.media.count Number of distinct media that have at least one old revision. wikis.metric.media.revision.size Total size in bytes of all binary data for media revisions. Does not include current revision. wikis.metric.media.size Total size in bytes of all binary data for media. This excludes previous versions and attachments. wikis.metric.media.updated.last30.count Number of media updated within the previous 30 days. wikis.metric.media.updated.last7.count Number of media updated within the previous seven days. wikis.metric.media.updated.today.count Number of media updated on this day. wikis.metric.mimeType.distinct.count Number of distinct MIME types used across all binary items. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.1 The most popular MIME type in the system. Includes all binary content, such as media, media revisions, and media additional files. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.1.count The number of times the most popular MIME type occurs. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.2 The second most popular MIME type in the system. Includes all binary content, such as media, media revisions, and media additional files. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.2.count The number of times the second most popular MIME type occurs. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.3 The third most popular MIME type in the system. Includes all binary content, such as media, media revisions, and media additional files. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.3.count The number of times the third most popular MIME type occurs. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.4 The fourth most popular MIME type in the system. Includes all binary content, such as media, media revisions, and media additional files. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.4.count The number of times the fourth most popular MIME type occurs. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.5 The fifth most popular MIME type in the system. Includes all binary content, such as media, media revisions, and media additional files. wikis.metric.mimeType.popular.5.count The number of times the fifth most popular MIME type occurs. wikis.metric.tag.count Number of times any tag has been applied to any object. wikis.metric.tag.distinct.count Number of distinct tags in the system. wikis.metric.tag.popular.1 The most popular tag in the system. wikis.metric.tag.popular.1.count The number of times the most popular tag was used. wikis.metric.tag.popular.2 The second most popular tag in the system. wikis.metric.tag.popular.2.count The number of times the second most popular tag was used. wikis.metric.tag.popular.3 The third most popular tag in the system. wikis.metric.tag.popular.3.count The number of times the third most popular tag was used. wikis.metric.tag.popular.4 The fourth most popular tag in the system. wikis.metric.tag.popular.4.count The number of times the fourth most popular tag was used. wikis.metric.tag.popular.5 The fifth most popular tag in the system. wikis.metric.tag.popular.5.count The number of times the fifth most popular tag was used. wikis.metric.user.count Total number of users in the system, some of which might be provisioned and never logged in. wikis.metric.user.created.today.count Total number of new users provisioned on this day. wikis.metric.user.login.count Total number of users who have logged in at least once. wikis.metric.user.login.last30.count Number of users who logged in within the previous 30 days. wikis.metric.user.login.last7.count Number of users who logged in within the previous seven days. wikis.metric.user.login.today.count Number of users who logged in on this day.
