Uninstall the Lotus Quickr connector
Use the uninstaller to remove the IBM Connections Connector for Lotus Quickr from your system.
About this task
To uninstall the Lotus Quickr connector:
Procedure
- Run the uninstaller by doing one of the following:
- AIX , Linux™, or Linux on System z :
- Open a command prompt and change to this directory:
<InstallationManager_directory>/eclipse/
- Enter the following command:
chmod +x launcher
- Then enter the following command:
./launcher
- Microsoft™ Windows™:
- Open a command prompt and change to this directory:
<InstallationManager_directory>/eclipse/
- Enter the following command:
launcher.exe
Alternatively, double-click the launcher.exe file in the eclipse directory.
- Select the language that you want to use for the uninstallation process and click Next.
- Review the summary panel to verify that the applications that you want to remove are present. If you want to make any changes, click Back to edit the values that you input. Click Next to begin the uninstallation process.
- Review the results of the uninstallation and click Finish to close the wizard.
What do do next
Delete the connector installation folder and all its contents from the system. If you do not perform this step, you might not be able to install the connector again.
