Collect data

Sometimes you cannot solve a problem by troubleshooting the symptoms. In such cases, you need to collect diagnostic data.


A base set of information is typically required for diagnosing and resolving a product-level or component-level problem. Collect the data before you open a problem management record (PMR) to expedite the process and get the problem resolved more quickly. Search for technotes that describe the data that gather to report an issue to IBM Support for each Lotus Connections feature. Click here to search.
