Get a category document that lists the tags that have been assigned to all of the blogs hosted by the Blogs feature.

Resource Description /{homepage}/feed/tags/atom A category document containing the tags that have been assigned to all of the posts in all of the blogs. {homepage} represents the blog handle of the blog configured to be the home page of the Blogs feature. The handle is defined when the home page blog is created by the administrator.
