Explanation
Validation is done by executing the wsadmin script and the output from the command is given below.
In most cases, this is caused by entering the wrong SOAP port, user ID and password, or the WAS might be down.
Operator response
Ensure that the WAS is up and running. It can be started by running the startServer script located in the bin directory of the home directory for WAS.
Also, ensure that the correct SOAP port is entered. The port number can be viewed in the WAS administrative console.
