On the Managing Server side, check for the heart beat of the Polling Agent; enter (./amctl.sh pa ping) to check whether it is up or down. Check that the Polling Agent has joined the Kernel;
./amctl.sh kl1 status
Then check whether the Polling Agent component appears in the Kernel list.
