CYNP0073I: The Publish Server is unregistering probe probeId with DCAvailabilityChecker.
Explanation
If the data collector does not respond with a heartbeat, the Kernel can treat the data collector as unavailable and inform the Publish Server about the status. Before terminating the connection with the data collector, the Publish Server keeps trying to ping the data collector to determine if it is active. If the data collector responds to a ping, the Publish Server removes it from DCAvailabilityChecker.
