IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for Application Diagnostics, Version 7.1.0.1
Requirements
The following BMC server platforms are supported by ITCAM for Application Diagnostics:
- Sun Solaris
- IBM AIX
- HP-UX
The following BMC Patrol EM software is required: Patrol Enterprise Manager 4.2 or later
The following Patrol EM software is required: Multi-Listener - PEM TCP/IP multi-listener daemon
Identify one system as the Managing Server's SNMP Adapter host, to accept ITCAM for Application Diagnostics SNMP traps, adapt them to Patrol EM Events and forward them to a Patrol EM Server. The supported platforms for this system are:
- Windows 2000
- Sun Solaris
- IBM AIX
- HP-UX
For the recommended configuration, this system must not be running any other SNMP agent on UDP port 162 that would interfere with running the Managing Server's SNMP Adapter. This system must also have the Java runtime version 1.3 (JRE 1.3) or later installed.
