Generate a monitor model from an FDL file
You can use the FDL to monitor model utility to generate a monitor model from an imported FDL file.
Procedure
- In Rational Application Developer or Integration Designer, right-click your imported FDL file and click Monitor > Generate Monitor Model for MQ Audit.
- Specify the target monitor project and the target monitor model name.
- The Monitor Model generation wizard is activated from the FDL to monitor model utility. From this point, follow the steps in Generate monitor models from applications located in the workspace.
What to do next
The resulting monitor model is placed in the Business Monitoring perspective. Use the Business Monitoring perspective to perform any additional development of the monitor model.
