Create or augment stand-alone profiles with a DB2 for z/OS database server

You can create profiles using PMT or manageprofiles.sh. You can augment an existing profile instead of creating a new one if you have an existing WebSphere Application Server V8.0 profile.

• Create Process Center stand-alone profiles with a DB2 for z/OS database server using PMT
  

  You can configure a stand-alone profile for Process Center using PMT.

• Create Process Server stand-alone profiles with a DB2 for z/OS database server using PMT
  

  You can configure a stand-alone profile for Process Server using PMT.

• Create stand-alone profiles using manageprofiles.sh
  Instead of using PMT, you can use manageprofiles.sh to create new profiles.
• Augmenting stand-alone profiles for Process Center with a DB2 for z/OS database server using PMT
  

  If you have an existing WebSphere Application Server V8.0 stand-alone profile, you can configure a stand-alone profile for Process Center using PMT.
