Configure an ND environment on Linux

For an ND configuration...

1. Install the software
2. Create or augment a dmgr
3. Create or augment at least one custom profile
4. Configure the ND environment

1. Install IBM BPM Advanced
   
2. Grant write permission of files and directories to nonroot users for profile creation or augmentation
   
3. Create databases and database design files
   
4. Configure the ND environment using configureNode.sh
   
5. Configure profiles and create an ND environment
   
6. Loading the database with system information in an ND environment
   
7. Modify an existing installation
